We are quality-oriented rather than volume-driven. Unlike many other executive search firms, our dedicated consultants never handle more than two active assignments at the same time. Our consultants therefore have the time to handle all parts of the recruitment process, without delegating any crucial tasks to less experienced colleagues. We also encourage our clients to play an active part in the process.
