Since the beginning of 2022, Richard is a partner at Headlight International. Richard has solid experience from HR in general and in particular recruitment from within various global companies, organizations and ministries, including SEB, Ericsson, Dell, international Red Cross, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and most recently from Skanska where he worked with high-level and specialist recruitment for large civil projects. In addition, he has worked in Executive Search for, among others, Korn Ferry International. Richard will be a valuable reinforcement to our team and we wish him very welcome!
