Exciting things are happening at Headlight, and we are thrilled to welcome Rebecca to our Headlight family. Rebecca brings extensive experience in executive recruitment and interim management, with a strong focus on Operations, as well as leading and building companies within executive search, interim management, and organizational development. Previously, she has worked on recruiting leadership teams for both Swedish and international companies across various industries at Amrop and Nicholson International. As one of the founders of Reach, Rebecca led the executive search and interim management organization with a focus on Operations. She also has entrepreneurial experience as co-founder and chairperson of Medsbag, a social entrepreneurship project recognized with awards such as the SKAPA Prize and a finalist spot in the Brilliant Minds Innovation Competition.
