Headlight International was founded in 2000 as a new alternative on the Scandinavian executive search market. Today we work closely with local and international companies of all sizes and in all industry sectors, through our offices across Europe.

We focus exclusively on executive search. This methodology means that we, after identifying potential candidates, approach the most qualified individuals for a specific position. Through our structured and qualitative process, we find the most competent and suitable candidates according to our clients’ requests.

Headlight International abide to the professional code of ethics of the global Association of Executive Search Consultants, AESC, to secure a professional handling of all candidates and clients during our recruitment processes.
