In February 2020, we opened the doors to our Gothenburg office. To meet the growing demand for Headlight International’s services in the western and southern part of Sweden, Pernilla Siewertz is a new partner of Headlight International from September. Pernilla most recently came from the role of HR manager at MQ, but has extensive experience from operational positions in several companies where she has been ultimately responsible for HR issues and a member of the companies’ management groups. A large part of professional life has been devoted to recruitment, organizational development and to being a support to boards, CEOs and management groups.
