During the summer, we have joined forces with two new Senior Advisors who will focus on implementing board recruitments within the framework of Headlight International and our proven process. Johan Göthberg and Peter Kullberg work on a daily basis with “executive development” at Lindström & Göthberg. They create individual development programs for business leaders and other people with great responsibility in an organization. In that work, they have built up an eminent network within Swedish business and industry and often come into contact with questions about board work. During several years of informal collaboration, we have found that their working method and values are reminiscent of ours, which is why this new step feels very positive.
Our administrative rock of 16 years, Helena Wranghult, will retire in 2022 and we are now starting to look
